Mia Kyricos is a globally respected leader in the fields of wellness, wellbeing, and hospitality from the United States, and has contributed to the growth of wellness initiatives across more than 100 countries worldwide.
She is the Founder & Chief Wellness Officer of Kyricos & Associates LLC and has previously held leadership roles with globally renowned organizations including Hyatt, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Spafinder Wellness, and EXOS. She also serves on prestigious boards including Cornell University’s SC Johnson School of Business and The Global Wellness Institute®️, which she helped to found.
Her lifelong work has focused on advancing human wellbeing, mindful living, and healthier lifestyles across the world — values that deeply align with the mission of World Digital Detox Day and the vision of “Analog Wellness.”
