World Digital Detox Day 2025 in Argentina was marked through a meaningful series of wellness and awareness initiatives led by WDDD Co-Ambassador Leticia V. Ferreyra across San Isidro and Buenos Aires.

Designed to encourage adolescents and adults to step away from constant digital connectivity, the initiatives focused on reconnecting with nature, inner wellbeing, and mindful living. Through thoughtfully curated experiences, participants were invited to slow down, reflect, and build healthier relationships with technology.
The celebrations included birdwatching and mindful hiking sessions at the Reserva Ecológica Vicente López, where participants immersed themselves in nature and experienced moments of calm away from screens and digital distractions.

A sunrise Yoga Flow session featuring Surya Namaskar encouraged participants to begin the day with movement, mindfulness, and balance, while an introductory Qi Gong session guided by Andrea Martínez introduced practices centered on energy, relaxation, and mental clarity.
Adding depth to the initiative, an online dialogue addressing digital burnout and emotional exhaustion in today’s “always-connected” culture was also organized. The discussion was moderated by Leticia V. Ferreyra alongside experts Clara Miles and Silvana Pirchi, creating space for meaningful conversations around technology, wellbeing, and emotional health.
Together, these experiences beautifully reflected the spirit of World Digital Detox Day—showing how nature, movement, and conscious conversations can help individuals cultivate more balanced and mindful digital lives.

WDDD proudly appreciates the inspiring efforts led in Argentina, which continue to encourage healthier lifestyles and deeper human connection in the digital age.
