World Digital Detox Day Observed in Vietnam
World Digital Detox Day 2025 was meaningfully celebrated in Vietnam at Alba Wellness Valley by Fusion, Hue, marking yet another powerful global observance of the world’s largest digital wellness movement. The celebration reflected how World Digital Detox Day is being lived and practiced in real spaces dedicated to healing, balance, and human wellbeing.
As part of the global observance on 10 December 2025, Alba Wellness Valley aligned its wellness philosophy with the mission of World Digital Detox Day — encouraging guests to step away from screens and return to presence.
To honour the day, Alba Wellness Valley curated a 45-minute floating meditation experience at the Thanh Tan Hot Spring Pool , inviting participants to escape digital noise and immerse themselves in stillness.
The experience focused on:
Digital disconnection through screen-free time
Deep relaxation in warm mineral water
Mindful breathing and emotional reset
Reconnection with nature, silence, and self
Through this thoughtfully designed ritual, guests experienced what World Digital Detox Day truly stands for — Analog Wellness, mindful pauses, and inner clarity.

Digital Peace in Action
The observance created a visible impact — participants reported a sense of calm, clarity, and emotional grounding. By choosing silence, water, and presence over notifications and screens, Alba Wellness Valley demonstrated how digital detox is not an idea, but a lived experience.
This celebration in Vietnam reinforced a powerful message:
When wellness spaces lead, the world learns how to slow down.
