Neal Dodhia is an intuitive healer, sound alchemist, and holistic practitioner whose work is grounded in love, spirit, and deep ancestral wisdom. His journey into the healing arts began at a young age, inspired by his grandmother’s healing practices, and evolved into a lifelong devotion to inner transformation and soul-level care.
Practicing Reiki from an early age, Neal later experienced a profound connection with sound healing, especially through the sacred resonance of Tibetan singing bowls—a discovery that emerged from quiet introspection and deep inner communion. Over time, this connection expanded into a multidimensional healing practice that honors both ancient wisdom and intuitive guidance.

Neal’s work beautifully weaves together sound baths, crystal reflexology, intuitive massage, and inner trauma release, creating safe and nurturing spaces for deep healing. His sessions are not merely performed; they are channeled, guided by presence, compassion, and higher consciousness. Each experience meets individuals exactly where they are and gently supports them in reconnecting with their true inner balance.
At World Digital Detox Day, Neal’s philosophy aligns deeply with the movement’s vision of Analog Wellness—encouraging people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate harmony between body, mind, and spirit beyond screens.
As a WDDD Co-Ambassador from Kenya, Neal Dodhia will play a meaningful role in amplifying the message of mindful technology use, inner well-being, and conscious living across communities.
This isn’t just healing. It’s soul care.
World Digital Detox Day (WDDD) believes that meaningful digital wellbeing cannot be created through a single day of awareness. It is a 360-day, continuous effort, carried out through regular counselling sessions, school and college programs, and sustained community engagement.
As part of this ongoing work, WDDD continues to conduct Digital Detox awareness and counselling programs across educational institutions. These sessions focus on helping students build healthy digital habits, understand the long-term impact of excessive screen exposure, and develop a balanced relationship with technology.
Recently, a Digital Detox awareness session was conducted for SY B.Sc. Computer Science students by the Department of Computer Studies. The session was facilitated by a WDDD-trained Digital Wellness Counsellor, who guided students on mindful technology use, emotional regulation, and responsible digital behaviour.
This session is one example of how WDDD works on the ground throughout the year.
Under the WDDD framework, trained counsellors are appointed and deployed to schools and colleges to deliver structured Digital Wellness and Digital Detox programs. In many cases, educational institutions themselves support these counselling sessions as part of their student wellbeing initiatives.
As a continuation of this work, trained student representatives and counsellors will be visiting RCM English Medium School on 6th February 2026 to conduct Digital Detox awareness sessions for school students. These sessions will focus on:
• Healthy screen-time habits
• Conscious and mindful digital consumption
• Reducing digital dependency
• Encouraging offline engagement, focus, and wellbeing
Through constant, year-round engagement, World Digital Detox Day continues to educate and protect young minds. This sustained approach ensures that digital wellness is not treated as an event, but as a necessary life skill, reaching thousands of students across schools and colleges every year.
