In a landmark moment for digital wellness education in India, ZEP Foundation under the WDDD movement proudly announced the launch of “Digital Sanskaar” — a thoughtfully developed Digital Wellness Education Curriculum designed for children.
The initiative was officially launched in the presence of Hon’ble Shri Dadaji Bhuse, Cabinet Minister, School Education Department, Government of Maharashtra, reflecting growing recognition of the importance of digital wellbeing and balanced technology use among children.
More than just an educational curriculum, Digital Sanskaar represents a long-standing mission to protect the emotional, mental, and human wellbeing of the next generation in today’s rapidly evolving digital world.
For over seven years, the teams behind ZEP Foundation and the WDDD movement have continuously researched, learned, and worked with dedication to build this initiative with one core vision — creating harmony between humanity and technology.
The curriculum aims to help children develop mindful digital habits, emotional resilience, human values, self-awareness, and healthier relationships with technology from an early age. It reflects the belief that while technology continues to shape the future, children must also grow with wisdom, balance, empathy, and real human connection.
The launch also stands as a collective achievement made possible through the support, trust, and blessings of ambassadors, educators, parents, wellness experts, institutions, and well-wishers who believed in the mission from the beginning.
As Digital Sanskaar begins its journey, ZEP Foundation and the WDDD movement envision it as the beginning of a larger social transformation — one that empowers children to use technology consciously while staying emotionally strong, grounded, and connected to humanity.
Institutions, schools, educators, and communities interested in collaborating or learning more about the initiative are encouraged to connect with the WDDD team.
